Scope included QoL upgrades, as well as converting the entire HVAC system from hot-water boiler to efficient variable refrigerant flow heat pump units with room controls and tied to the base’s EMCS. Structural design included seismic, AT/FP, and snow loads, while dorm 542’s design included progressive collapse analysis. |
